Spring is in the Air
Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!
Mark and I are in the middle of remodeling our kitchen. We’ve painted, purchased a new dishwasher and are replacing the flooring. Hopefully we will have everything done by this weekend for Easter.
I took a break yesterday and my Mom and I went to visit my brother, nephew and
niece. My brother and I ran to get lunch and my brother saw the first sign of spring, a robin. Then on our way home my Mom saw another.
I also noticed I have a few bulbs sprouting that I planted last fall on the side of our garage. Our spring weather is always crazy around here with 50’s one day and 30’s the next. Hopefully my flowers won’t suffer.
I am sure all of you are ready for spring. This winter seemed like a long one.

I haven’t seen a robin yet, but I’ve been hearing a lot more birds, so I bet the robins are around. I think we might be coming to the end of the snow too, although I probably shouldn’t say that because just about the time I do, we get a blizzard.

You planted bulbs? And they’re sprouting? I am so jealous. I am so ready for spring. I can’t wait to see things start to bloom.
Good luck with your kitchen renovation. Those always seem to take longer they you think they should.

It is raining and snowing right now. Hopefully by next week we should be done with the really cold weather.
