I love wildlife watching–any type of animal: small rodents, birds, large mammals, and everything in between. I’ve never gotten over my childhood, Ranger-Rick-like fascination with wildlife.

Hi,
Our favorite activity is hiking with our children. I’m also a wife of a hunter…every season!! We are getting ready for bow ( whitetail ) season here. Our daughter has always wanted to go and her Dad told her she had to wait till she was 10, well she is ten this year and has taken all of the required safety courses…even though she won’t be hunting only watching. She is sooo excited to go! My husband would go crazy if I won the Cabela’s card!! Thank you for the great givaway!

Definitely camping! We just found our new favorite spot over this last weekend. Everyone was happy(all 11 of us). Though only 5 in our family, we have a group camping trip each year with some friends. We have made it our permanent place for the coming years.

A former boyfriend of mine taught me how to fish and I love it…when I can go. My husband is not a fisherman so it makes it a bit difficult to get out there, but I try to sneak it in when I can.

My favorite outdoor activity is chasing my grandson. He’s at that great age where everything he sees or touches in a new adventure for him so keeping up with him as he discovers the big outdoors is all the outdoor activity I can handle for now.

Our favorite thing to do outside is kayaking. My husband had vacation this week and we went out on the water every morning. (We are out at sunrise and in before noon because it is summer and we are in Florida!) I would LOVE this prize. Making wishlist in my head….new paddle leash, new Adventure Medical Survival Kit…lol. We love the great outdoors and love to camp, hike, jog, walk, swim, soccer and many more. We are so thankful we moved from the Chicago area to Georgia so we can spend a lot more time doing the things we love.

My favorite thing to do outdoors is go to the beach. It’s so peaceful (as long as the sand fleas aren’t out). I feel like I can see forever. I love the sights as much as the sounds. Even those annoying seagulls aren’t too bad.

I love being outdoors…going for long walks….gardening….lying in the sun at the beach or a pool ..with a SPF 30 OR above Sunscreen, of course…….fishing………anything that gets me outdoors!!! My boyfriend..for lack of a better word….I’m just too old to have a “boyfriend”….

I just love being outside. However here in Texas it has been unbearable. Today has been a incredible exception, highs in the low 80’s with a nice cool breeze, ahhhhh. I don’t think I could pick just one though, unless I had a hammock on days like today, now that would be my favorite thing to do, lay in a hammock and soak up the beautiful day.

One of my favorite activities outside would have to be walking at night in the fall time! My SO and I will walk for about an hour and then go home and make hot chocolate and sit out on our swing and talk the night away. Love it!

My favorite outdoor activity has got to be taking a walk with the entire family - my husband, the dogs, and the baby in the stroller. It’s so nice to be outside and just spending time all together as family, without some goal or thing we have to accomplish, as is often the case when we’re running errands.
