		<description>That sounds like a much better way to make jerky than what I used to do. I'm not a real fan of jerky, but a lot of my friends are so I made it for them using whole strips of deer meet that I marinaded in whatever I through together at the time. I never wrote down the recipe, but it sure was a hit because I only got to try a piece or two before the 5lbs of it was devoured by my friends! Enjoy your jerky.</description>
